Why is Tucann XXL only a 38 inch waist?

Tucann's sizing is a tailored European style block: S/30, M/32, L/34, XL/36, XXL/38. The labels run one step smaller than most US brands, so a man who wears XL in a US brand is usually an XXL here. Go by the waist number, not the letter. The elasticated back panel adds roughly an inch of give.
