No. Tucann swim trunks run true to size. Across 11,419 written reviews, 1,095 say the fit is perfect or as expected, 139 say they needed to size up and 82 say size down, so the small and large reports roughly cancel out and the overwhelming majority is true to size. Order your normal waist. The one group that consistently sizes up is men with muscular thighs: the leg opening is tailored, so if your quads are big relative to your waist, order one size up and let the elasticated back waist take up the slack. Sizes run S/30 to XXL/38 waist.
