Do Tucann swim trunks work for tall men, 6 foot 4 and over?

Yes, with the 7 inch inseam. Reviews from men over 6 foot 2 split between 5 and 7 inch; above 6 foot 4 the 7 inch is the safe choice and the 5 inch reads very short.
