Very poor customer service. They were advertising a sale. I clicked on the button for the 30% off swimsuits. The first eight things there were not on sale. When I contacted customer service, they told me that it was obvious that those things were not on sale even though they are in the sale category. They promised to have a manager contact me and no one ever did. They were rude and did not do what they said they would do.
Bought these for the first time for my husband for father’s Day. They don’t fit and we would like to return them but there’s no clear guidance on where to print return mail label. When you select the “contact us” button, it’s a dead link. This company needs to provide clear direction and steps for returns and refunds. Product doesn’t matter if you can’t get support.
Contacted them right after I made the order to cancel because I picked the wrong size, no response. Two days later when they did, they told me it was too late, but I could return it. Great, they charged me for all the shipping charges and restocking fee. Great product terrible customer service
