Will the Tucann liner chafe?

This is the complaint the liner was designed to remove. Out of 11,419 written reviews, 50 mention chafing at all, and most of those are customers saying it stopped when they switched from mesh lined trunks. The liner is smooth swim fabric with flat seams; there is no netting to rub.
